Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of WashLink, an on-demand laundry marketplace operated by LiveGig Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

WashLink is a platform that connects customers with independent laundry vendors and delivery riders. We are not a laundromat ourselves and we do not directly handle or transport garments.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 to use WashLink. Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Orders, payments & cancellations

Prices are shown before checkout and include delivery fees where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment partner (Paystack). Cancellations made before a rider has been dispatched are refunded in full; later cancellations may incur the pickup fee.

4. Vendor & rider responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the quality of cleaning and for honouring the turnaround times shown on their storefront. Riders are responsible for safe, timely pickup and delivery and for following the in-app verification flow (delivery PIN).

5. Liability for lost or damaged items

Vendors carry primary responsibility for items in their care. WashLink will mediate disputes through the in-app Report Issue flow and may, at its discretion, issue credits or refunds. Maximum aggregate liability for any single order is capped at the order value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WashLink to send prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods), to harass other users, or to attempt to interfere with platform security.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
