- Order data: pickup and delivery addresses, garments, prices, vendor/rider assigned, status history.
- Location data: precise GPS for riders during active deliveries; approximate location for customers when discovering nearby vendors.
- Vendor/rider verification: business documents, ID, KYC data submitted during onboarding.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, crash logs.
- Communications: in-app chat messages and support requests.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Match orders with vendors and riders, and route deliveries.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Verify vendor and rider identity (KYC).
- Send transactional notifications (order updates, receipts).
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We share only what is necessary: customer name and pickup address with the assigned vendor and rider; vendor storefront details with customers browsing the marketplace; payment data with our payment processors; and data with law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, NDPR, etc.) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email privacy@washlink.dev.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential session management, preference storage, and aggregated analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser settings or our in-app consent banner.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
